Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

good food, good wine and great to eat outside and to be so close to Lincoln center.
Cafe Fiorello is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal before a show at Lincoln Center. I have been to Cafe Fiorello several times before going on to either the opera at Lincoln Center or a film show at the Walter Reade and my evening has always been thoroughly enjoyable and stress free.
Cafe Fiorello is terrific. It makes its own bread, pasta, pizza and desserts as well as the main event foods -- and all are wonderful. I had the best eggplant parmigiana ever, and the rest of our part was equally pleased with the meals. This was not our first time here, and it definitely won't be our last. The staff are very accommodating to special requests, too, and -- unlike some NYC neighborhood restaurants -- won't rush you out the door when you are done eating. So it's a great place for good food and good conversation.
I just love their lobster sallad. It is pricey but it has a lot of big lobster meat chunks. Definitely fills me like an entree. The service is great. We requested less noisy area, so we got a table in the back, much better. You need a reservation for dining at the time when all theater visitors dine, 6-7. We have been here several times, food and service has been consistently good.
it is always welcoming, delicious, patient.. it's like a club, especially for people in the theater and we are VERY grateful!
Cafe Fiorello has always been great to us whenever we're going to Lincoln Center. Pre-theatre can be hectic there, but the staff manages the crowd reasonably well. Our cocktails were Campari & Soda, and Lillet on the rocks. We asked for orange zest in both; neither drink came with the orange zest, however, the waiter made a comment about the bartender not wanting to give him the knife to cut the peel, so he brought us a side plate with orange slices. (Okay, but somebody needs to talk to the bartender and explain 1. how to ma... read more
