The restaurant had run out of seafood risotto by 6:30 pm. This was suboptimal for me as the reason I went there was to eat that dish.
have been there since it opened it has changed and menu wise not for the better but still a good choice management and staff are extremely gracious and helpful
We got to the restaurant in plenty of time to make our 7pm show. 2 hours to eat. Our waitress was very kind but the food took forever to come out which made us have to inhale the food and ask for the check when the food came. Not ideal. No time for coffee or an after dinner drink. That was disappointing. Very noisy.
Always delicious! Love their antipasto selections. A great lunch spot pre- Lincoln Center event!
Fiorello's is always good and very convenient to local movie theaters. The atmosphere is lively--good fun--bustling. The wait staff is excellent--always there when you need them, good at modifying regular menu items to conform to diner's needs, funny. For lunch at least, you are never made to feel rushed. A great choice for after-ballet dining near Lincoln Center. Terrific vegetarian options, house-made pastas. Good wine list, reasonably priced options. The testaroli vegetable pie is splendid! Professional serving staff, friendly and knowledgeable. A lively scene even at 10 pm and later.
Excellent service
The food here was amazing. However, the experience was hampered by sub-par service. Our main waiter was decent, but he never brought the bread we initially asked for. He also didn't manage (if he had the authority to do so) how the assisting wait staff performed. Our appetizers came out too fast, before our drinks, and one appetizer didn't come out until after everyone else was finished eating theirs. I went to the ballet with a few friends and very much enjoyed dinner at Fiorello's. The staff are amazing, great ambiance, and delicious food:)
