Famous antipasto bar. Excellent thin crust pizzas.
We have been here a few times now and like it as a first night in NYC spot after flying in. some great Italian dishes and pizzas and service was especially strong. Host was very attentive and friendly on a packed night we had pasta, pizza, chicken and tuna dishes and all were delicious. The location is great just a few blocks off CP and Columbus circle And Lincoln center is just across street which added beautiful music to our outdoor dining as theywere holding an outdoor event.
Sadly, the vegetarian antipasti was not as good as usual. The have been a lot of changes to the antipasti menu...not for the better.
A bit pricey, but the food is always superb. Across the street from Lincoln Center, and the booths have plaques indicating which celebrities sit there when they come. We've actually seen a few once or twice. Great cheese, salad, pasta, fish, and dessert. You can't go wrong.
Walked past Fiorellos for years, and this is our first try. The combination antipasti and seafood plates are the best, allowing you to pick and choose from a wide array of beautifully displayed veggies. I had the cauliflower steaks, very good. The best was the braised fennel, my first time trying fennel!
Fabulous! I had their homemade lasagne which is enough for two and is delicious. However, the best part of the meal is my favorite dessert in the world -their chocolate mousse.-I dream about their chocolate mousse!!!!
The food and service are excellent. They honored my request for a booth because of a back problem. Many restaurants don't and I really appreciated it.
From the greeting, to the wait staff and delcious food, this was a wonderful dining experience. Perfecto!
