Everyone was extremely nice and informative. They also listened and answered all of my questions. I can't remember her name, but the nurse that performed my procedure was awesome. She even gave me a choc chip cookie and not 1 but 2 apple juices.
The staff was courteous and sincere, but the wait time was a lot longer than I was expecting, especially compared to the first spent with the doctor
I would not consider going to any other dermatologist.
Dr Groysman is absolutely amazing! She took ample time to explain each and every treatment option available to my specific areas of concern. She formulated a long term plan I feel very comfortable with and look forward to trusting her with all of my Dermatology care. Her entire staff far surpasses any other office in Birmingham for friendliness as well as professionalism.
I love how organized everything is from the email reminder to the convenience of doing the paper work on one line. I would give 5 stars but only my first visit. But I am anxious to find out the feed back and educated answers at my next visit. I will rate again next time.
My physicians assistant was super nice and professional. I can't remember her name, but please look her up and tell her that I am very grateful.
I was a new patient. Dr. Groysman and her staff was very nice, and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I did have a little bit of a wait before going back to a room. BUT! Remember I was a new patient! I've worked in doctors offices before, and a new patient does have a longer wait time due to being new! So, I'd say the wait was normal! I love the Dr. Groysman and her staff. It feels nice to have a doctor that truly cares about her patients!
Super friendly and professional staff! Quick scheduling and very prompt and timely office visit.
Just want to clarify that I was called before my appointment and told there would be a slight delay which I appreciated.
