Extra Mile Thanks for going the extra mile, to let me know the typical wait time, as the PA was out....and then, being very welcoming to do the Skin Cancer screening while I was there; it ended up, 3 places are being looked at deeper-so that makes me feel much better, that I wasn't ushered through-just for the specifics of my initial appointment. Care and concern of the patient, seems to be a lost art....not here. Much appreciation!
