They took good care of me, despite my tardiness. Paperwork was easy. Receptionist, nurses, and doctor were all cheerful and professional.
The best dermatologist I have ever met!
Overall, first visit experience was well above average. I feel like Dr. Groysman is very knowledgeable and she provided me with good options. Continued experiences like my first visit will raise my four star rating to five.
Very polite, helpful and thorough.
This was my first time visiting and I was in "Aw" very professional and friendly staff ready to assist. I have referred family and friends already. It's hard to find people that care these days but I trust everything that they told me on my visit there. I plan on visiting on a regularly basis.
My only complaint was the numerous notifications of my appointment time, phone, text, email; it's overdone. What was nice and different was the 40 minute pre-appointment time text/email. Although I set my own pre-notice, yours was unique and nice.
my husband has parkinsons disease and as stated on paper filled out memory problems. At times he was being funny in his responses. The Dr. seemed concerned about insurance? Like we could not afford her care? He did not want his face to be cut on at this time due to going on a trip. She did not bother to ask as why did not want certain things done at this time. Awesome experience!!! Front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. Physician and medical staff are very nice and very thorough!!
