On wrap up care I needed to ask assistant to put ointment on my cut. Maybe samples provided(?) for ointment. * On the initial e-mail to log onto web site they did not have direct link to website. Needs big lettering on website and e-mail of location address and phone, couldn't kind it. I really liked everything about the service and care! The text messages reminders were appreciated. Staff knowledgeable. Very pleasant office.
Dr.was caught in traffic and it ran her late.
I never been to this office before because I'm new to the area and I was very pleased that the amount of time I had to wait which was very minimal. The doctor was very professional and introduced yourself to me and went to explain the course of treatment. She was very pleasant and the office staff was as well. It was very combing in there and I'm thinking about calling her for other options as well such as skin care.
Was quite impressed yesterday when one of the ladies came out and explained why Dr G was running behind. Everyone knows that traffic can be bad and even though I had just gotten there and wasn't concerned, I could see several of the patients' stop looking at the time. It goes without saying I like the care!
I trust Dr. Groysman totally. And as an added note - after 3 surgeries, she is a very good seamstress!
Rosario & Dr. Groysman are very good at what they do. I am very pleased with the care I have received so far.
