I love Dr. Groysman!! She was so patient with me in doing 2 biopsies since I'm such a big chicken. I definitely won't put off getting bumps checked out from now on.
If I had one suggestion to make it would be...to have your scheduler know exactly what the appointment is for. When you have someone like me who is an every 3 month schedule and getting the blue light treatments sometimes I loose track of what that particular appointment is. I have asked before and was told both times a follow up. So I really got off schedule with the blue light treatments.
Dr. Groysman is an outstanding dermatologist and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She explained the treatment plan and then implemented the plan. Her staff is super efficient and friendly. I feel very confident with the overall experience. Thank you!
It is inconvenient to be told your appointment is at a certain time and you arrive at least 15 minutes early and then do not get called back until nearly an hour after your scheduled appointment time. That kind of treatment is expected in a walk in clinic. When I schedule an appointment, I expect my appointment to be at that time. I cannot afford to keep taking 2 hours off of work just to come in and meet with the doctor for 5-10 minutes. However I am very pleased with the results so I will continue to come. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Groysman. She's so knowledgeable and caring--a wonderful doctor.
The office and clinical staff made this an unfriendly experience - I felt unwelcome and unimportant. The care I received was adequate but it was awkward and the doctor seemed uninterested. As a new patient, it was not the first impression I was hoping for.

I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Everyone was very nice and it was a pleasant experience.
The only negative was that the first available appointment was three weeks out, and then was an hour late the day of the appointment. The staff was wonderfull. The doctor was great also, maybe just not try to put so many patients in the waiting room at the same time.
