Personally I'm usually very nervous about seeing a new doctor regardless of the reason. I had something come up and needed to be seen. A co worker of mine has used them and gave me the number to make an appointment. I was able to get in as a new patient in two days. That's amazing in itself. Once I arrived for my appointment all the staff were very nice and the office was very clean and refreshing. I was called back very shortly after filling out my paperwork. Our appointment was made for 11:40 (during school lunch break) but unfortunately the wait was so long that we had to leave because Patrick couldn't miss his 12:35 class. Our appointment had to be rescheduled.
I was very comfortable while Dr. Groysman made a skin check - and she is excellent treating lesions with liquid nitrogen.
I was a little upset because I arrived and my appointment was cancelled. It turns out there is another patient with my same name, and my appointment was scheduled under her name. She received the confirmation call intended for me, and she cancelled the appointment I had made. When I arrived, I was not on the schedule and I had to be worked in. I enjoyed my experience otherwise! The office staff handled the issue.
I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with the physician . She listened to me and provided options for my problem.
I did refer my family. Dr Grossman is wonderful to deal with.
Dr. Groysman has the best bedside manner. She made me feel secure in my treatment options and I finally feel like I am in good hands. I am so blessed to have been referred to her.
Love Dr. Groysman!! She was so patient with me and I was being a big chicken with my 2 biopsies. I won't put off having things checked in the future.
Dr. Groysman is a great doctor.
