I am so happy with the prompt diagnosis and effective treatment of my skin condition by Dr. Groysman. I have continued seeing her staff for microdermabrasion and they are terrific! Consistently professional, friendly and EFFECTIVE.

Feel there are too many emails, confirmation calls, confirmation emails, surveys,excessive appt reminders, e-paperwork and in office paperwork, appt card and then f/u email.I answer one and another appears. Like the office and staff, overcaring on the messages tho.
Marsha went above and beyond and was happy to please me. Helped me with a product I wanted to purchase also.
I was very impressed with Dr. Groysman's knowledge and experience with a wide range of skin diseases. Birmingham is unbelievably lucky to have such an outstanding dermatologist.
Just a thought, not necessarily for website....I would love to have two SMALL veins, one in each leg, removed. I thought the price was too high for the size of what I want treated. I would consider $500.00 for the TOTAL but not another $275, and then have to redo it in a couple of years. If you ever have a special on this, I would love to know about it. I had these thoughts after I left the office and decided that was just too much for what I need done, so thanks for the opportunity to convey this!
Only complaint was that between the people talking, the phones ringing and the television going it was really loud in the waiting room. Please lower the volume on the tv...especially since it only played skin care commercials and MSNBC...
Dr. Groysman and her staff are always very helpful and continually look for ways to improve my condition. I am extremely pleased at how much I have improved. Thanks!!
