The doctor forgot to freeze an area that I heard her tell her nurse about. The next day I remembered her comment and called office to inquire and also about a prescription she was getting for me but must have forgotten or maybe was calling in to pharmacy? The call I got back said spot on my chest needed to be treated and I should call the office for an appointment. I was just there yesterday and had to drive nearly 1 1/2 hours to get there. No apology or "we made a mistake..." And no mention of prescription. So now I've got ... read more
They were attentive to my skin cancer and they removed the cancer cells. I was pleased; however, I had painful plantar warts and the treatment they gave me did not helpful. I went two times and nothing happened.
Very professional, very caring. I felt all my questions were answered before I left. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Groysman. She's the best!
