0 Star : My Experience The repairs were terrific! No complaints whatsoever there. But the text messages telling me that my car would be finished by a certain date, then pushed further back. I get that additional damage may be found and due to this, parts may need to be ordered. But why wasn’t a replacement windshield ordered well in advance. My car took a week longer than first promised, and for the last few days of work I wasn’t sure of status. I kept feeling like I wasn’t given full truth. Car being ready and needing time for paperwork ended up meaning three more days to work on it. My daughter vehicle went to that shop about 6 years ago and it was a great experience, that is why I told her to have it repaired there for this accident. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend Might change if they fix issues. 2 Star : Repair Quality Repaired area was painted a different color and metallic spec finish is completely different from mfg areas. We also have to bring the vehicle back to get door properly aligned. It’s currently out of alignment by approximately 1/4”.
