2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Not a promoter on my end. Work was fantastic but took time. Communication was poor from my POC. Multiple times the car showed it would be ready, and it took me to reach out to figure out it wouldn’t be ready. 0 Star : My Experience I was largely inconvenient by the whole ordeal. if I had not called because she said she would call me to let me know when the car was ready later on that evening if I had not called and drove up there, it would’ve been closed and I would’ve went a whole weekend without a car or rent a car. completely lack of communication with the customer. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend They picked up the car on12/29/23 and I didn’t get it back until 3/20/24. It took a very long time for the work to be completed 4 Star : Repair Quality Tire pressure indicator is on. I believe they may not have reset the sensors. 5 Star : Customer Service Ashley was wonderful keeping me informed and she was always accessible. She was courteous and kind. When she heard I was there to pick up my car she came over to meet me.
