Really liked it for my first time in Palm Springs, the hotel draws a nice fun crowd. Parking is a little small for bigger vehicles but it's manageable. Staff was very nice, pool and hot tub were nice, bar was very good. Room was good and shower had great water pressure
It was our approx 8th yearly stay and we are never disappointed with the caliente The staff are friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming

Good No place to have breakfast on the property. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were great.

Client Tropics Pleases Most ! We love the vibe of this place and the location so the small inconveniences are usually overlooked by us. We have stayed here several times. there is a Mediterranean restaurant with great art on the property, EVZIN, plus the fun and good bar and pool food of Client Tropics, nearby a KOFFI morning type coffee shop. Very Good I had to request that the heater be repaired. The blinds would not close all the way, so people passing by my room could easily see me at night. Staff was very responsive. Pool was heated (January) and delightful.
Loved this place! 60's vibe with clean, modern feel. Highly recommend. I hate to complain about anything, but since you asked. MINOR, Minor issues. No tissues in room. No elevator (if one needed one), and stairway and walkway to room were pretty dark. A bit uneven. Not a problem for me, just hope it wouldn't become a problem for the owners if someone tripped!
