Enjoyed for the better part Lack of air control without a ladder and took forever to get warm water. Would of liked it to be hotter. Price was great for location and staff was accomodating
Step back in time to the fifties' Polynesia craze The shower was hard to turn on. The air conditioner in our room was a bit noisy; we turned it off for our stay. The staff distinguished themselves on a couple of occasions: when we had difficulty figuring out how the shower worked, Jonathan came to the room within five minutes to show us that we weren't pulling hard enough on the handle to start the flow of water. Nice place. Loud at night when people come back from bars. Ask for a room away from parking lots. Guests are allowed to smoke outside their rooms and smoke comes into your room unless you close your window. Would be great if they made it a non-smoking property. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub.
For Palm Springs area this is a great deal with spacious rooms and free wifi. Nice room, easy access.
We had a great stay here (our first time to Caliente Tropics). Friendly and laid back atmosphere! Beautiful pool & hot tub. Manicured grounds. The Reef bar service at the pool was great.
It was a nice place to stay , close to downtown to take the bus or trolley. Staff was nice I didn’t like that you couldn’t bring outside food or drinks to the pool. We weren’t even allowed water without having to buy it from the bar so for what you pay for the hotel expect to pay even more to buy food and drinks by the pool The pillows and bed was really comfy, pool was nice
We had a charming getaway to the South Pacific, right there in sunny SoCal. Spacious room. Super comfortable beds. The tiki vibe of the place — charming! The friendly tiki bar right next to the pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers.
