Great Place and Great Savings! We didn't have a safe in our room, that was one thing that we didn't like about the place, but other then that everything was wonderful! The pool and tiki bar were fantastic. Quiet place and heated pool was wonderful. The staff was great especially Alycia at the front desk. She made our stay very enjoyable and even allowed us to check out late.
We had a great stay. The quirky environment really helped us relax and enjoy the time even more. Although the room overall was very clean and well stocked, the floors were not clean. I wasn't comfortable in my room without shoes. I also wish staff had given us the info on how to get pool towels, how to get gift shop items, and the in room safe. Enjoyed the hot tub It’s dated Price
Good value for the $$ given we were in Palm Springs. The walls are paper thin. Could hear the TV in the room next to us constantly blaring. Could hear everyone and anyone who was talking above us, next to us and outside. That was frustrating. Staff was excellent. The room was adequate. The Reef was a lot of fun. Location was just right for us.
