Good Room had an odor and WiFi was unavailable where my room was located Location
clean and comfortable stay no outside food or drinks was a bummer. I wanted to bring snacks and drinks to our room for a coworkers birthday. The bed was very comfortable and clean. the walls are not thin so you don't hear your neighbors TV. I liked that the room was open and clean. I would stay here again for a quick trip with coworkers.
We definitely consider staying again. Nice having restaurants on the premises. We had drinks & dinner in The Reef. Stephanie, the server, was fantastic! She was the only server & it was very busy & she handled every one in a friendly efficient manner.
Good Too expensive. Booking.com changed currency as usual while booking
Tiki fun in the sun. Oversized, firm pillows; water that runs hot and cold during a shower. Pool, ambience, friendly staff, tasty food and drinks on property.
Beautiful place to stay Very convenient location. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up and was free. And the bar was fun with a nice pool and spa next to it
We enjoyed our stay . The noise from the Reef bar was little loud one night but it got quiet by 11:00 pm We liked having to toilet and shower separate from the vanity and sink. The bed was very comfortable.
Nice place to stay if you don't need the frills I expected service at the pool. Had to dry off put on shoes to go into bar to order drinks or food. Also had to go to office to check out pool towels and bring them back to office. Guess I'm just used to pool service in Vegas. But the pool and jacuzzi were very inviting. Great hotel with a lovely pool and nice rooms. The food at the Reef was so-so. The pool is back lit at night and provides a very relaxing ambiance. It was quiet when we were here. Parking is good and rooms are comfortable. They don’t mind kids which is rare in Palm Springs.
