I would definitely go back. I wish they had a microwave in the room. Front door didn't always latch. Hot tub had cement debris. Very accommodating staff.
Easy and relaxing mini trip The door lock was a little funky, but was fully functional. The pillows and bed were really comfortable and it was really nice to have a mini fridge in the room.
The rooms are dated, offer reasonable value for money. The bathroom is very tiny, they need to change the swing of the door, it rubs the toilet, it’s in the way while sitting on the toilet. Very musty smell in the room, when the fan was going it smelled worst. The reception was very friendly & helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The pool facilities are very nice. The pool bar is very expensive.
My new nice retreat while I’m in Palm Springs. Not enough outlets by the bed for cell phone charging, etc. Complimentary upgrade! $25 pet fee. Staff were amazing. Drinks at The Reef were well priced for happy hour. Room was nice. Easy access. Pool is warm, hot tub is hot! Did i mention the friendly staff...?
Very pleasant, enjoyable, laidback stay. If there was anything is that it looks much bigger in the advertisements than it really is. But, that's just nitpicking. Everything was top notch. Really cannot complain. It had a coffee machine, an iron, an ironing board, a fridge, a hairdryer, a nice mattress, a heated pool. Little things that make a difference.

Would definitely stay again. Older property very well maintained. Palm Springs the way it used to be.
