I will never stay here again The room the floors were filthy, and there were big dead water bugs every where, house keeping had to see them why they didn’t sweep them up is beyond me. The Staff

Fair How the manager i believe the lady and another reef staff is rude to people in pool area. It's discouraging and makes you want to stay at another location. Especially if you're party abiding by the rules. Closeness of rooms to pool area.
Despite our room, I enjoyed my stay soo much. The grounds are beautiful and the oool is heaven with the Reef bar right t Our room had several defects. The deadbolt on our door didn’t work. The door frame and the door had a gap where light came through. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. The shower faucet is difficult to turn on. The handle sticks. The rooms are drab. its not great, but its cheap AC didn't work in room, had to switch, new room smelled terrible, door was sticky, and overall just lacked attention. the wifi was SUPER fast.
Great value, outdated and dirty. Broken handle in shower, took a while to get fixed. Dirty carpets, no soap in the dispensers in the shower, plastic fork found on the floor right when we walked in.
I wasn't happy with the hotel, so I won't go back. The carpet was dirty. The toilet wasn't cleaned right and The sink was draining slowly because it was clogged. the room smelled stuffy and dirty probably because the carpet is dirty. The rooms definitely need upgrade for the price you pay. I was pleased with the location and the pool area, especially the style of the pool.
