Very Poor BED BUGS! The room (113) was dirty. Old carpet with stains but the worst came after. On our way home after a one-night stay, we started itching and thought at first we had been bitten by mosquitos. The next day, with the skin reaction evolving, we discovered that it was actually bed bugs bites! Even worst, no response from the hotel management. The ~8.0 grade got us tricked. Great location but filthy Not clean. Anywhere we stepped there was filth. Really disappointed. We arrived too early to check in so we decided to hit the pool while we waited. We were instructed to change in the restrooms near the pool and the restaurant. I had myself and my 3 year old daughter in the large stall and as we walked in we stepped in human feces. Just alright. The room wasn't really clean. The sheets on one of the beds had numerous stains/marks and crumbs (or something similar) all over the bottom of the bed. On the other bed, the runner they put at the bottom had something dark caked on it. The shower was VERY difficult to turn on and off. There were not any Kleenix in the room either. We were only provided with one washcloth. Overall the location is great - central, easy to get to, and overall pretty quiet..but I don't think we'd stay here again. Location was great... read more

I wish I was taking more pictures to document my review. I was too tired from the trip and just left. The property has a located in a nice area. The first room we check in the carpet was badly stained, the bedding was not clean and A/C in the room was not clean and the window not functional. We requested to different room, but for our disappointment this room was in similar condition with even the bathroom was not clean, there were hairs on the bathroom walls. Disappointing
Poor It's was dirty and very run down. Was on the second floor and when people walked by you could hear and feel every step. Not worth the price at all. The bed and the pillow were ok. The staff was nice. That's it though.
