The lady at the front desk needs to be nicer and accommodating The lady at front desk was very rude and not helpful. Swimming pool
Horrible smell in my room, food was terrible in the restaurant, staff was not to helpful Everything Nothing
Disappointing
Can’t wait for next time!! Landscapers with loud machines before 10am. Part of pool area roped off all week (with no visible work being done). Bathroom window had no lock. Only had pool server 1 day out of 6. Too much Bob Marley music. Mix it up - there’s plenty of island themed music beyond Bob. Gym was missing many lighter weights and treadmill was out of order. Almost everything!! A/C was great. People were friendly. Grounds were clean. Room was comfortable. Pool was amazing!

Location is ideal. You get what you pay for. 1. The AC in the room only cooled the back of the room. Turning the ceiling fan on to attempt to cool off more of the space left us freezing. Impossible to regulate temperature. 2. There was only a sheet and tiny white waffle textured blanket on the bed. The blanket was too small, it didn’t cover above the chest. Thankfully I only stayed two nights one would’ve been enough. Trash from the guest before me was left infront of the safe in the cabinet, a picture was being held up with duct tape, the door wasn’t easy to open, you got a bath with your shower, the parking lot string lights infront of my room were out so it was dark and not as cute on my side. The reef bar needs to replace the neon R pool side. The restaurant is overpriced for astronomical portions. You’ll pay $18 for a bag of rice and a pineapple pork slopped ontop. The ima... read more

Hôtel sympa mais qui a besoin d'une rénovation Chambres vieilles, auraient bien besoin d'un bon coup de rénovation (odeurs désagréables, moquette et papier peint tachés et qui se détériorent, climatisation fébrile, portes plus étanches, avec des gonds dévissés) La piscine avec le bar hawaïen, les nombreuses places de parc.

Hot and not clean The room was hot and the AC was by the bathroom not near the beds There was no microwave! When I tried checking in nobody was is the lobby and nobody was answering the phone
