Don’t choose this hotel The room is big. The mattress there are old. The linen was used by the other customer. In one of two rooms the shower was broken. The container with bath lotion was empty. We checked late on the day and we discovered that badly problems to late and we were to tired for fixing them. I don’t recommend using this hotel.

Una estancia regular. La wifi definitivamente. Tampoco había donde calentar comida en la pieza, al menos un microondas. No se puede estar una semana entera comiendo en restaurants simplemente porque no es saludable! No tiene nada de resort como indica el nombre y que genera muchas expectativas. Los espacios comunes son modestos. La wi-fi en la pieza no funcionaba bien y genero muchos problemas. Baños antiguos pero limpios. Cama ok.

Poor Our room 221 smelled like smoke. Badly smelled like smoke. The carpets need to be replaced. And it needs to be painted. It was pretty gross. I was embarrassed that I booked there. I had stayed there before in a room in a different building and it was least clean and not scuffed up. Great pool and the Reef bar is fantastic. Good location
A pretty setting that has lost its friendly vibe and seems to lack management We had repeated difficulties with the formal and unfriendly front desk person, Edna, who refused to put us in the upgraded double Queen room by the pool quoted by Booking.com when booking online. She refused to work with us in any way, and then gave us a King room in the back with a defective door lock and damage from prior guests. Nice but no hot water. We had NO hot water in the morning. They fixed the problem so when we came back a few took hot showers in the evening. But in the morning NO hot water again. We let it run for 15 minutes nothing. We were a sr. womens softball team and a Hot shower is essential to use warming our old muscles to play first thing in the morning.. The location was great. It was clean and stocked
