Fair The stay was wonderful until the last night and a pipe burst and shut down half the hotel. It's been12 hours and it's not fixed and no other rooms availableto move to just yo take a shower so we can go to the airport.. the manager won't even come in to deal with it and only offering 20% off last night
Not happy... Heater and phone did not work. Turned the heater on and the fire alarm went off and was unable to call the front desk due to the phone not working.. Manager was not helpful in the least nor did he make an effort to rectify the situation.. Convenient
could not take a shower. seriously? asked for compensation for that big issue and got $12 CAD credit. Very cheap redre broken shower head nice location and pool and hot tub
not good! the room is extremely outdated! The shower was broken! The floors were cracked and falling apart and so we're the walls! the beds were comfortable

wallpaper peeling. carpet coming up, window casing broken room was tacky. mattress was old location
Poor Shower was broken, and it took THREE HOURS to fix it. 2 bars on site
Wont stay there again. The internet shows a room with no carpet and more modern ceiling, our room had old smelly carpet and popcorn ceiling, with mildew smell. We were traveling with another couple, and we were supposed to have rooms next together, and when we got there they confirmed that they would be next to each other; but when we got the second room it was in the other side of the complex. not even close. soggiorno veramente piacevole siamo state solamente una notte e quindi non abbiamo avuto il tempo necessario per valutare dei lati negativi essendo li di passaggio. tutta la struttura con piscina e ristorante messicano a lato. le camere erano spaziose, il bagno con un grande piatto doccia , mentre il lavandino per truccarsi che di solito è fuori era veramente enorme !
