Got very little sleep and No Shower - Unacceptable! The shower didn’t work correctly. It would stay warm for only a few seconds and then go completely cold. It was impossible to shower. The bed was soft and uncomfortable and there was only a very thin blanket. It was a very cold night and we were freezing, but couldn’t get the heater to work. Nicht noch mal! Zimmer runtergekommen, waren im Deluxe King, Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig, kein Duschgel, Personal überfordert, keinerlei Willkommenskultur. Waren im Reef vor Ort, dauerte eine Stunde bis Getränke kamen, alles chaotisch. Waren vor 4 Jahren hier, da war es deutlich besser. Schade, die Anlage ist schön und hätte Potential für viel mehr! Pool und Garten
Would not stay here again. Definitely overpriced. Needs updating. Shower turns to ice water within a few minutes, have to turn off and back on to get more hot water. Refrigerator had to be turned off it was so loud and lights would dim when using hair dryer. Outdoor decor. Location. Restaurant was fun and food was good.

Definitely a budget hotel, very few amenities and only the most basic rooms. Many pool area chairs were broken, room had physical damage that had not been repaired. Beautiful pool area and poolside bar. Tiki theme was fun.
First time a little disappointed, room was too close to street a lot of traffic noise. First stay, they assigned us to a handicap room. We didn’t ask for a handicap room, but they said Bookings arraignment. Didn’t have the breakfast. Drinks and Hamburger in the Reef bar were very good, a bit pricey.

Some one was not reading our request and it was not a nice stay. We reserved a room for wheel chair /disability requirements they said the you did not state that in our reservation . and we were told we a have a 1st floor. I was not a comfortable stay. Room was clean
I know was cheap for Palm Springs but I guess you get what you pay for shower didn’t work, door had gap could see outside water in faucet cloudy location and bed pillows were great liked having restaurants next door staff was great
