waiting for booking.com to process the refund We were notified the pool would be closed. We were not informed that there would be heavy construction on the swimming pool starting at 7am. Impossible to sleep through once they started. We were hoping for a quiet, restful stay. The room is spacious and the theme is fun. It's nice that there's a tiki bar on site. Close to a lot of the other places in Palm Springs.
Horrible! Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience de cet établissement: pas d’eau chaude et le bruit du marteau piqueur à partir de 6:45 le matin pour des travaux de rénovation de la piscine en plein milieu de l’hôtel. Piscine évidemment fermée et nous n’en avons été informes que la veille de notre arrivée. Nous n’avons eu aucune réponse à nos remarques formulées. La situation geographique

I think it isn’t what I expected and a little bit overpriced. The room is not too bright and interior is a bit old, not similar to the pictures that advertised. My room was supposed to be upgraded but it did not seem like I got the upgrade version. Kind of disappointed that room does not have the microwave and not with bathtub. staffs are cool and location is alright.
