Disappointing Je cherchais bon rapport qualité prix Là franchement le pire hôtel qu ont à fait durant notre séjour ( pourtant j ai des 2 étoilées, et qui était bien mieux) je suis pas du genre à me plaindre mais là : Matelas avec des très grosses taches dessus , chasse d'eau qui fuit , pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain et meuble dans la chambre abîmé comme si il avait pris l eau

I will not use this hotel again for my tour groups. The rooms were in very shabby condition. All of my customers had issues with lack of hot water. Rooms had broken cabinets, furniture and electrical outlets with badly damaged plates exposing wiring, a clear safety hazard. I booked five rooms for four nights for a tour group. The staff was helpful and kind to my customers, especially Edna who works at reception.

Will not stay here again. The photos make it look so fun, it’s not The day bartender( black hair, black glasses) threw our tab , which was in a server book, at us. We did nothing wrong and we were so confused why he threw it at us an almost hit my face. No good. The view was amazing

I would NOT recommend this place nor stay there again. 3 outlets weren’t working and there was a 3 way contractor extension cord poking out from the mini fridge. The door was tricky to lock and very shaky in the hinges and there was a construction worker doing work downstairs after 10 pm. location

Don't stay here!!!! The was very outdated, floor was peeling, stains on the chairs, toilet was chipping, paint chipping. The rooms are just horrible I was afraid to fall asleep and turn the lights out because I wasn't sure what may crawl out. Also we were awaken by a loud noise both mornings. The staff at the front desk were pretty nice

Skip staying at the hotel and just enjoy the wonderful bar. For how much we paid, the room was unacceptable. Paper thin blankets, AC & heating didn’t work and the shower felt like I was getting pressure washed. Not to mention a strange employee hacking away at trees with a machete behind our room. Amazing location away from the hustle of downtown Palm Springs with an fantastic tiki bar.
