Disappointing
The worse! The pool was so nasty and dirty. It was so small. The whole place wasn’t what is shown online. The pool seemed to be a community pool it was the worse experience I’ve ever had. Nothing!
Deludente! La struttura è le camere sono vecchie,la pulizia delle stanze è quasi nulla, si limitano a cambiare gli asciugamani e rifare il letto ma in 3gg non hanno mai passato l'aspirapolvere sulla datata moquette. Dietro la sedia ho trovato un pezzo di pizza che era lì da chissà quanto è non era un caso perché nella seconda stanza prenotata c'era una caramella gommosa in bella vista. Für ein paar Tage ist es ausreichend.
Avoid room 228... a/c doesn’t work and they don’t care. there’s better places to stay in palm springs it was 115 out and our A/C didn’t work. Asked the front desk at 5:45 to see if something can be done. They said they would call a technician who would arrive in 30 min. went back at 7 because no A/C and no technician. guy said he’s on his way, but wouldn’t come to the room to see how hot it was. at 7:45 we went back and asked again. same response. We will be staying at a different hotel in Palm Springs next time we visit. The staff was inattentive at the front desk where we weren’t acknowledged for almost 15 minutes while we were the only ones there to check in. the bartender at the restaurant was extremely rude and demeaning when he made our drinks wrong and we asked for new drinks to be made. The pool was nice.
Sorry but I would not come back or recommend. They were re-modeling which would've been nice to know beforehand. Every morning I was woken up by hammering and sawing. Even a sign in the lobby that said "Pardon our mess" would've been better than nothing at all. The pool was dirty. The water was cloudy so I don't think any or enough chlorine was added. Clearly no one took a net and took out all the bugs, flowers, and hair on a daily basis. And there were children so I'm sure there was pee in there too. The staff was very nice... read more
Not up to Palm Springs standards. Our rooms floor was so dirty that everyone's socks and bare feet would turn black. The air conditioner was located in the bathroom so it was very hard to keep the suite cool. The person at the check in counter was very rude to me when we where going to leave. Just outdated. Easy check in.
