Einfaches Hotel, bei unserem Besuch wenig hilfreiches Personal Die Zimmer haben jeweils eine eigene Klimaanlage. Unsere war bei Bezug des Zimmers kaputt - bei einer Tagestemperatur von 39 Grad Celsius Wir haben den Schaden der Rezeption gemeldet und um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Uns wurde gesagt, das Haus sei ausgebucht (Booking.com zeigte freie Zimmer), man werde aber sofort einen Techniker schicken. Things were stolen from my room, it was extremely disappointing. Items were stolen from my room and I let Jose know before I left. I have called and left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me to advise if they've found anything... it's very upsetting because we liked this property and wanted to come back and now we cannot. It's very upetting. The pool and location were fine.
Fair Improve maintenance, the tub was stopped up.
I would never stay here again. The showers and the AC weren’t working. As well as us being harassed by the pool it was just not what we were expecting. The location was great but overall experience was not good.
YUCK Pool was bright green with algae!!! The pool was absolutely green when we were there. Our room was adjacent to a busy street. Front desk check-in person was not friendly. They could not even lend us a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine.
Horrible green lagoon experience!! The pool was a filthy green. Yet they allowed people to swim in it. A lot of people were smart and stayed out. The pool was dangerously dirty.That evening they closed the pool. It was being drained the next morning. I was told I would be compensated for the loss of the pool. I have yet to get that ir a phone call. The air conditioning worked well. Restaurant on site.
Good option for budget minded traveler Room décor was outdated, mattress was very uncomfortable. Very nice pool and tiki bar. Good location. Large room. Powerful air-conditioner.
This used to be our go-to Palm Springs spot, but not after this disappointing stay. We were pretty disappointed. I have stayed here probably twenty or so times before and this was definitely the worst. The room was okay. The sink would not drain and we had to call maintenance to fix it. The shower was also disappointing - there was no hot water or water pressure and the fixtures were all broken.
