Very Poor Réservation pour un lanai tahitien devant jardin non respectée,on nous a donné une chambre abîmée et sale ..puis après réclamation une chambre un peu plus propre mais identique... très mauvaise accueil....et mauvaise foi ... obligée de rester dans une chambre ordinaire pour ne pas être jetés dans la rue... spécialiste de l'arnaque L'emplacement

Living on a building site. They had workman completely rebuilding the interior of the room next door to us. Worked the first night until gone 9.30pm, arrived the following morning before 7am and did not finish working until 11pm.. drilling , banging and using a circular saw right outside our door. Totally unacceptable. When questioned at the front desk I was told no work had been scheduled for that room, Room was clean.
overall I would say it is okay. I definitely think it was not worth $687 especially since I couldn’t enjoy showering in The shower head is awful and sprays you in the face the entire shower. it didn’t smell good in the room forcing us to purchase air fresheners. I would also recommend shampooing the carpet because it was horribly stained with god knows what liquids. the location is good and the pool is nice.
not staying here again it was very unsatisfactory the pool wasn’t heated and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. there was no pool side service. also a lot of the pool furniture was broken and looked shabby. the room smelled like smoke and the carpet was dirty the tropical vibe

Fair Der Fitnessraum und das Pool mit Garten/Rasen öffnet erst Um 08.00 Uhr. Wollte um 07.00 Uhr im Garten Yoga machen. Die Dame an der Reception meinte, geht nicht, muss erst gereinigt werden!? Musste Yoga vor dem versperrten Pooleingang auf Beton machen

Disappointed See above The Jacuzzi was filthy. Monday morning I spoke with front desk at 8am who said the cleaning will be done soon. At 940am, I called and the young man said, they just arrived and will clean shortly. Did not appreciate the young man lying to my face. They never came, never cleaned all day. On Tuesday morning, still filthy since Sunday afternoon. Again s/w the front desk. I was very disappointed, I solely came to relax in the jacuzzi because of a sore back.
