Okay We left our bathing suits in the room, called back after an hour of checking out and they said there were no bathing suits left in the room. I know for a fact we left them so that means one of the staff took them
Great pool crappy receptionsts Unfortunately for us we arrived a bit early and asked if possible to check in around 2pm a woman at the front desk by the name of alicia said there was a list of over 15 people waiting for an early check in and she would give us a call as soon as possible i let her know i had 3 small kids with me and the weather was over 115 that i would truely appreciate it, well i left and waited for a call since she took my name and number and wrote it down on a scratch piece of paper, Long story short she n... read more

Very Good It was a busy holiday weekend I was told over the phone it would be no problem receiving an early check in/late check out. They were able to get us into a room before the 4pm check in but were unable to give us a late check out. Which was fine, the lobby was just a little rude about conveying it.

I would rather stay home then to come back to caliente tropics Horrible experience. I will never go back. They didn't have anything they said they would in my room. No trash can, refrigerator, coffee maker, tv didn't work, no AC gauge in my suite. It was 80 degrees when we got back to our room at midnight. Pubic Hair all over the bed sheets. We had to move at 1:30Am to another room on my girlfriends bday, only to get eaten alive by bed bugs in the new room. Victor was the only highlight of our stay. Very nice and served us g... read more
Disappointing
Okay The A/C was located in the dressing area and did not cool the sleeping area, the refrigerator in the room was very loud and there was an intermittent mechanical noise that seemed to be coming from in the wall. Very few TV channels.
