Fair The price was reasonable, location was great. Checking in and out was easy, parking and location to the room was nice. The room and grounds are clean. My son and I had a short business trip and the motel fit our needs.
Below Average Everything Nothing really
Motel... The pictures were very deceiving. I was quite shocked and disappointed when I got here to find that I was staying at a dated motel. Look at guest photos to get a better idea of the property. I wish I did that because I would have spent the extra $40 to stay at the Hard Rock or similar hotels with better ambiance and amenities. The pool area was nice. There was reggae music playing which created a good ambiance. Rooms were clean enough and it is a 5 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs.

Une étape ordinaire dans cet hôtel Pas vraiment de luxe. Nous étions au 1er étage , juste en face l' escalier. Bruyant et vibrations lors du passage des clients et des enfants courant sur la coursive en béton. Rideau à lamelles n' occultant pas complètement le jour... Rapport qualité-prix pas des meilleurs comparé à d' autres hôtels fréquentés. Bâtiments d' un étage en forme de U avec au milieu une piscine et des palmiers. Salle de fitness. Good Good...but! I left some items in the room and have been unable to reach anyone on the phone to arrange their return :(
Probably wouldn't stay at the Caliente Tropics again I didn't like that I asked for towels and was told if I didn't return them to the front desk I would be charged $20 each, I didn't like that I couldn't find the ice machine because our side of the hotel's machine was broken. I didn't like that the semi under construction restaurant/bar was unavailable, the electrician was nice but didn't know where things were. The price was more than the Ace Hotel nearby which has better amenities and a fresher look. Wifi wasn't adequate.... read more
