Disappointing
Pleasant Don't see a reason for a "resort fee", as it isn't really a resort. Bar, restaurant etc was closed. Very thin walls / doors. Happily it was not full. Staff was very helpful and extremely nice.
Fair The room was darkly lit with little natural light. There was a large gap between the bottom of our door and the frame, so the sound quality from people walking by the room was loud. The AC in the room at times sounded like a car engine revving. The water temperature in the shower wasn't consistent, it would fluctuate from hot to cold randomly. The hotel didn't provide soap for the room or towels for the pool. I normally opt to stay at other hotels in the area and definitely will not be returning to this one.
Tiki tourches are awesome but not at over 200 bux a night! Ifelt the "resort" was over priced. The resturant/bar was closed for business so if you wanted poolside drinks you had to leave the premises. If you wanted to eat you had to leave. Over 200 bux for a room and a pool, if i wanted a towel for the pool i had to go to the front desk and check one out. Carpets looked old and the bathrooms were very very small. Good Ice machine was broken, very difficult to get a constant temperature in shower

Une horreur! Mise à part le personnel de ménage, le personnel à la réception n'était absolument pas sympathique. Nous avons en effet été très mal accueilli. Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience. Cet hôtel est en effet infesté de punaises de lit. Nous ne nous en sommes pas tout de suite rendu compte, nous l'avons réalisé juste avant notre départ et lorsque nous en avons informé la réceptionniste à lors du check out, cette dernière nous a demandé notre e-mail et nous a dit que l'hôtel allait faire intervenir une entrepri... read more
