Fair Our room was very close to the road so very noisy. Also it was spring break and there were a bunch of kids partying in the rooms next door and by the pool which made it difficult for us as a family with a small child to catch some sleep. The mattresses arent great either, very soft and uncomfortable. We stayed at the Ace Hotel the following night which was way more family friendly and quiet. Great size room. Loved the fact that it had a bath tub.
Stay here if you do not find any other place to stay. The was a smoke detector alarm that needed a battery replacement and it kept beeping all night. The hotel needs remodeling. Its location was near major points of interests.
Fairly clean motel-style accommodations but old looking units with a location far from downtown. A/Cs were loud (couldn't sleep with all the noise from the window A/C units) - the shower wasn't working (couldn't shower and staff never offered to change our room or provide some kind of discount for the lack of an operational shower) - the faucet in sink was extremely hard to open without force - the popcorn ceiling shows visible signs of the aged units - there was very poor outdoor lighting (could hardly see in evenings to fi... read more
Exceptional Only thing would be add another ice machine. Where our room was we had to walk across the pool to fill up the bucket instead of just having one by the stairs on our side. I mean that sounds so lazy to say but that would be the only inconvenience, and maybe add more lighting pulling in the second drive way. It was hard to see people walking on the sidewalk and someone could get hit easily.
Pleasant Stay We didn't enjoy the uneven and creaky floors in our room. We enjoyed the grassy area, cabanas, and the pool!
Adequate. You aren't out in the street An old motel with limited updating. The hotel was adequate, but not great. 2.5 stars
Great location and very nice grounds. Your reception needs more training /customer service is very important and they appear, I would say, unprofessional and not pleasant...their attire is very poor...messy not clean and neat. NO restaurant operating....bed okay, clean.
Deposit not return I did not get my $100 deposit as they said upon check out, it's been almost a month and I have not herd from them. I call to ask and they transfer me to another company that has nothing to do with it.
Okay, but with reservations We had no hot water in the shower, even though the sink water came out scalding hot. We suspect there was something wrong with the valve. We mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing was done. When we were ready to check out the young lady on duty wanted to charge us for the full four days of our stay even though we had already paid for one night in advance.
