Pros: - Medical Assistants and Doctor are kind - Once receptionist is really sweet - Their work is great. Had two moles removed on my jawline and minimal scarring has been left. - They answer all questions and you can always call about after care. Cons: - Office could use a deep cleaning and maybe brighter light bulbs. - It's up to you to ask as many questions as possible or you will not receive any guidance or information. - Some appointments can be redundant so make sure you know exactly what you're going in for. ... read more
First time seeing a Dermatologist. I have been trying to see one for a few months now but because my primary Dr changed medical groups it took even longer for me to get another referral to come here but finally I was able to make an appointment. Evalyn front desk girl was so nice when I walked in. I have never seen a Dermatologist before but my rashes keep getting worse so I had to ask about it. Going to Dr. Friedman office for a little problem on my nose was great! As soon as I went in I was greeted by Gloria with a smile(: did not wait long they have good timing with all their patients. Soon after I was called in by Mari who guided me to my room, she's so nice with such a pretty smile(: I waited to the doctor & when he went in he automatically knew what was wrong & what to do, took like two minutes with me & BAAAMMMM problem solved! If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Radhika Shah was horrendous. Terrible bedside manner as I explained to her what skin issues I was having. I mentioned to her certain concerns I had and she just glanced with her little scope and said you're fine. She kept tapping her feet as I was talking with her. Arms crossed and clearly irritated that she had to deal with me. She was not welcoming and dismissed every concern I had. Extremely difficult to get of hold of anyone I don't understand how a business can have a phone number and no one seams to answer the calls.
This place seems to be bad. I was not successful to set an appointment with Dr. David B. Friedman I called and left several messages requesting a call back for an appointment but no one called me back. I think they are out of business or they cannot handle the job. Now I requested an authorisation from my insurance to see a better clinic than this one
Horrible staff and management. Especially the front desk receptionist Klaudia. The assistants in the back don't seem to know what they're doing. Incredibly unorganized. Dr. Friedman is a dismissive guy and you can see through Dr. Shah's fake diplomatic BS. Dr. Shah is a certified mean girl, think about that before booking your appointment with her. Or here at all. It's 2.2 stars for a reason.
If I could give this place 0 stars. I would most definitely. The front desk people are the worst. They are very very rude. My first time here I thought maybe she's having a bad day and I was very nice cause I'm not a rude person. However these girls up front don't acknowledge you what so ever and just seem like they don't like their job. Not only that. But I call about 15 times to try to get ahold of someone and nothing!!! I've called them more than a dozen times, throughout various times of the day (during their open business hours), and have left two voice-messages; Nothing! They just don't care; It's as simple as that.
