Although it took about 40 minutes to be seen, I had a very pleasant experience. Facility is clean, office staff was polite and dr. Friedman was great! He listened and gave great feedback.
I had a very good experience here both times I've come in. The office is nice, and the wait was short. I like that I saw Dr. Friedman during my initial visit and not just a nurse like at many other dermatology offices. He was very kind, calm, and to the point. My biopsies that he performed went smoothly and the nurse that bandaged me up even offered to write me a note if they would interfere with work (the moles were on my hands). I am blown away by how rude patients are treated here. I came for my sister- the doctor was really agitated by all the questions that were being asked. But that's only because someone with health conditions are concerned. As a doctor I would expect a lot of questions. The doctor had said, "you're kind of acting crazy since I didn't diagnose you yet." If I knew this was how patients were being treated I would have never took her to this place. I had the worst experience with dr friedman he literally came in and out he really didnt even hear why i was there what i was feeling and what was going on. His employees are also very rude and dont even bother to look up while trying to ask a question . Dont waste your time and money coming here !!!!!!
It's clear that Dr. Friedman does this for the $$$. You can sense it when you look around the office and it's just a lot of depressed elderly patients. But I recommend a paint job and using a computer database to remove the Manila folder clutter. Also the PA Nicole was super nice. Definitely have her meet your patients of color. Also, the receptionist there needs to have more training and fix her eyebrows. I did not like her attitude and her loudly exclaiming the procedure I was there to get for the whole office to hear.
I will highly recommend Dr. Friedman. For many years I've been having skin tags and no other doctor would help me, I was referred to Dr. Friedman and he has been really helpful everyone there is really nice and the staff are really helpful. Thanks Dr. Friedman and staff for all your help
Dr. Freedman is a joke. "Not everyone wearing a white coat is an MD" Yes. He will spend 2mns with you and he will prescribe cream that will not work in order to come back and purchase his product. I paid $80 for the copay and he stated for the second visit, it will be $50 CASH. Is a shame for today s society, a DOCTOR will not care about any human well been, only care about $$$.
I've seen Dr. Freedman twice and felt rushed and that he displayed poor bedside manner. Today I need to see someone again and since I have seen him twice I thought what the heck. But looking up his phone number and seeing these reviews - I am not surprised by the reviews (thinking it was only me and giving him the benefit of doubt) BUT NOW......have decided not to go to him again. Maybe he just needs to take a class in client relationships or whatever it's called.
One of the worst experiences I've encountered at a medical office. Dr. Friedman spent less than 3 minutes with me. The only thing Dr. Friedman did was prescribe me different lotions and pills to try. After prescribing 3 different lotions, he suggested that I buy his lotion that is manufactured by him, which also didn't work. Dr. Friedman did not address my needs, and instead of actually being a doctor, it felt that he was only thinking of how to benefit his pocket from my insurance and myself.
