I was referred by my primary doctor for my sudden excessive hair lost. I shed more & faster than my dogs for some reason. I comb it shed, the wind blow my hair shed, even doing nothing my hair still shed. Dr. David put my worry at ease, he recommend a 3 months daily treatment using just over the counter product. Looking forward to my lushful hair soon.

Worst medical customer service ever ! Only Office that needs your copay up front before you see the doctor even if it takes 30 seconds and no procedure is done by the doctor they will NOT refund your Copay " What a Scam this Office is "

I've been a patient here for almost 2 years. The doctors and staff are always patient and thorough in their explanations. I have no complaints, in fact I enjoy my time during my appointment. The office is also making sure to test everyone temperature before they enter the office which is always nice.

Today my mom and my sister went in for a consultation and was received with the worst medical customer service ever. My sister was in for a consultation about a bump on her arm. Before the consultation began they obviously had to turn in paperwork but Karla who works at the front desk was having an extremely rude attitude. I know that times right now can be tough because of the circumstances going on but that is no reason to treat your patients with utter disrespect. If I could give zero stars, I would! Unknowingly, Dr. Kim wrote a prescription that was not covered by my insurance, so I reached out and left a voicemail asking if she could write another generic prescription. It's been over a week, I've left 3 voicemails, and STILL haven't heard anything back. I still desperately need the prescription, but they won't help me... Whatever you do, don't go here!

Dr. Freeman Dermatology California Skin Institute I don't recommend them they took my $40 copay and proceeded to tell me that I did not belong there my condition was a for a specialist I sat in lobby longer than I saw the doctor I saw the doctor for 3 minutes and they did not refund me my money be careful do not pay copay until you are completely satisfied once you seen the doctor

It has been about 2 years that I have been looking for a new dermatologist since I left Dr. Friedman's office It has been about 2 - 3 months since my return to his office and I regret to have waited this long. I have gone to drs with 5 star reviews,multiple false post/reviews,drs staff who ask for me and other patients to give them a good review. WARNING THIS DR IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN TREATMENT OR BILLING. This Dr office never return phone calls or anything . We have a serious issue with the billing and all one get is a run around say this or that. They are always trying to blame someone else for the issue. Dr Jardan claim to be a specialist in the field yet she is not. She claims that only to charge you more money. Doctor kimberly jerdan and the staff were very kind, pleasant, i have no insurance and doctor showed me a way to get a great discount for the medication which save me over $200. I appreciate her and i would recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Jerdan.
