I normally don't write reviews but I must say that this "clinic" has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is not helpful at all. Why work in customer service if you don't want to be helpful at all? The staff also does not know much about skin. I truly believe they hire whoever is okay with minimum wage. Especially the staff member named Liz. She did not know any of the side effects of the medication whatsoever which could be a health hazard if distributed to the wrong kind of patient. DO NOT COME HERE THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE HERE! The receptionist will belittle you and make you feel like they would rather be doing anything but helping you. You will not receive quality care at this establishment, and they will judge you on your insurance type. I brought my sister in to get her some help with her skin. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time here. I made an appointment for 1pm a few weeks ago and the receptionist told me to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork since I'm a new patient. I arrived 20minutes early as requested, just to find that the office is closed everyday from 12-1pm for lunch. I had to take time off work to make this appointment. No one has time for this. Wow. I have not had poor customer service like that in a while! I must say that I had a horrible experience from the time that I entered the medical office until the time I left. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment. I approached the receptionist, and she immediately asked for my insurance and ID without saying hello. Now I know why they barely have 2.5 stars. The staff here is rude and snobby and impatient to provide care. The space is also a hole in the wall and not safe for the seniors I've seen come in and out. Patients pay so much but get seen for maybe 10 minutes. If your provider sends you here, request to be seen elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever I seen . So rude and they don't have any phone manors . Doctor is all about money . They will charge you $130-180 for 10 minutes . Go somewhere else . Stay away from Anaheim office and don't have Julie front desk to disrespect you .

Dr. Friedman has totally transformed my skin into a clearer, healthy and radiant look that I have been trying to gain through numerous of clinics, dermatologist, spas, and over the counter medications. I absolutely hit a home run with this institute. You will not be disappointed.

Rude front office personnel. Really wouldnt take my four year old as a cash patient even though they said his insurance wouldnt cover how does that even make any sense? Private paying patients should be allowed to schedule regardless if we had ins or not its our right to choose to be cash or ins pts. Ridiculous

This place is so unprofessional. Doctors and staff do nothing to help. All they care for is insurance money. Go elsewhere.
