I've called them more than a dozen times, throughout various times of the day (during their open business hours), and have left two voice-messages; Nothing! They just don't care; It's as simple as that.

Office clerks are caddy. Rude office staff. One month said I had an authorization the next month there my insurance record read an error and the staff did not look into it. Rudely cut me off and said my next appointment was canceled. Month later the same staff member looked further into it and my authorization was still valid there was an error on my insurance groups end. Extremely disappointing experience. I came to this clinic 4 months ago to start Accutane and clear my acne before my wedding. After doing everything they asked -- including two negative pregnancy tests -- the doctor told me she'd write the prescription. Then they realized they never told me to create an iPLEDGE account, didn't report my test results from the previous month, and failed to order the required blood work. do not go here. bait and switch. they charged me for work that was never done. they were deceiptful and not transparent. i would never go here again. bad business. unethical. as bad as it gets. beware of all the bad reviews. theres a reason why. dont know how they sleep at night. karma will come

Always a good visit with friendly and helpful staff.. Dr. Friedman is a very knowledgeable and professional person.. Great for 20 years..

Having to pay thousands of dollars for cosmetic procedures obviously non covered by insurance. It is unpleasant to enter their office and don't even be greeted by rude Assistants. They dog you out and often you see them cancel your appointment, reschedule earlier or later time, when you have to go to work and if you dare to complain the Assistant in charge will threaten to kick you out and suspend all treatments because you complain about a change in the schedule. I can't even speak about the quality of the dermatological services provided because I couldn't make it beyond the dreadful receptionist that works there. The receptionist working on October 2nd, 2024 at 10:00AM has such a dreadful and deplorable attitude. I'm shocked that California Skin Institute employed this person to greet patients in person and on the phone. This was my first visit. The office staff were so friendly and accommodating. The back office staff was equally as welcoming. The doctor was thorough and took her time to listen to my concerns. She addressed them all with so much understanding and kindness. I am very impressed and will be keeping this as my derm office.

Excellent care today by Radika Shah MD! She's way better than David. David was fair but Radika really understood my feelings today. Office experience is amazing. Type of care is great! They take good care of people.
