Exceptional experience. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and have certain dealerships that I usually work with. Fair price, fair trade, happy camper Bought a great 2017 STX from Camelback Ford. After some negotiations, we agreed on a fair price and trade in. Omar and JJ were great during the sales process, and Arthur was quick with the finance. Also not pushy. Part of the agreement was that they would install an OEM backup camera. I personally want to thank Herb, the GM for getting it done through the Service Dept in a timely manner.
Both Eric & the dealership were AWESOME I was looking for months for a SUV & wasn't satisfied with anything I was finding on the market. I went to this dealership & was fortunate enuf to meet Eric in New car sales. He actually LISTENED to all that I wanted, what I didn't like & made suggestions from there.
