excellent service My van broke down while in town for a dog show. Had it towed to Camelback Ford after hours. Service Mgr Josh Brooks called me first thing The next morning and was able to get it repaired so I could pick it up for the long drive home. I was impressed by their level of customer service!!

First timer Although I am in town only temporarily, I needed to have a warning light checked by a dealer. Camelback was very helpful , investigated the issue and eventually waived the normal diagnosis fee because they could not find any issue and the warming had not been kept by the vehicle computers. Very friendly and professional.

Purchased a new ford f150 My purchase experience was amazing. I was given a fair price and was treated as a VPI. Highly recommend JJ Burns as my salesman. He was very polite and was very willing to be sure I was getting the right truck for my needs. Jacob Stokes was good a orienting me to all the features of the truck.

excellent srevice all the staff members were very professional and courteous, from the receptionist who took my call to the service advisor who was very knowledgeable. the communication was great and the car was service with no hassles. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great Service When I had my car service/checked last month I had the pleasure of working with Josh Brooks and Joey Jock. Both took great care of me and my car, and was in and out fairly quickly. Definitely recommend Camelback Ford to those who are new to Phoenix area, or especially those who go to school out here like me.

Jacob Stokes - Diligent Effort to Fix Problem I have a 2014 Ford Focus which had a problem with the battery being drained if not driven daily. Jacob and Joey worked laboriously to find the electrical component that was causing the battery to lose it's charge. The culprit turned out to be the ignition switch. Good work guys.

Great Experience! I decided that I wanted to get into a brand new Ford Focus ST without even driving one, did research and watched videos on them. Decided last Saturday to go in and look at one with ZERO intention on buying one right now as I am getting ready to do a lot of traveling.
