Unprofessional Unprofessional behavior on the part of both Anthony Guerrero and Marc Guerrero. Their mistakes, lack of follow-up, ignoring emails and phone calls made for a very unpleasant experience.
Not the worst sales experience, but not top notch either. I came in knowing what I wanted, I had already completed my research and visited a few dealerships prior. This one happened to lie to my face the least (I think) and was the most up front about pricing that I dealt with. However, I had to say no to the warranty at least 20 times before they finally gave up. My trade was way undervalued so even though the car seemed like a good deal, it probably was not so great. Hyundai xxxx on Camelback My experience with this dealership was hellish due to the poor management of my account with the finance department. I learned that the dealership and the finance company (Hyundai Motor Finance) do not operate on the same page. It has been a year and a half and my credit report has been impacted by the mistakes, errors, and negligence by the company. This dealership does not care about people and ruined the experience of enjoying my Hyundai Elantra.

Ok The buy experience was ok. I just didn't like how hard they tryed to sell me other stuff when i clearly said no.It was insulting. Next time if someone says no thank you just drop it and move the process along.
Unsatisfied Customer I would actually like to Hyundai or the dealer contact me, as the dealer has avoided returning my emails. I've owned four hyundais, so a loyal customer, and when purchasing this current vehicle I traded in another Hyundai I had leased. I was to be issues a check for $2420 to pay off the remaining four payments on the lease, a check was sent, but short $605 or one full payment. new purchase of 2017 Sonata several issues that were problems. 1) swayed to buy vehicle in dealership favor rather than customer favor and 2) wanted to pay cash and was manipulated not do to so ( which is wrong) 3) all communication since purchase has been top wrong email address and it has been 10 days and no correction
Won't contact you..so I bought a Genesis elsewhere I sent in a pricing request for a Genesis. I never received a call or email response, so I purchased elsewhere. Happy with my Genesis. I would not go to Camelback Hyundai.
Worst Dealership ever They lie to you and are very unproffessional when trying to get your keys back. I was going to be customer for life but now i will putting in a report with the BBB.
Lease (Ruben was very helpful, but he was not there on the day I made my deal, so he should not be penalized for my dissatisfaction.) This is my 3rd leased vehicle, and this was the most painful process I've had. I was in the dealership for approximately 6 hours on the day of the deal and most of it was spent waiting around for someone to come update me on the process.
