Human experience. Attentive, professional, kind. I recently stopped responding to surveys until my recent experience with Sofia as she exemplified everything I value in a dealership/service experience. From initial engagement to final goodbye Sofia listened, paid attention and provided appropriate follow through and follow up as promised. Her style was authentic rather than performative for the sake of a 'perfect' survey.
