Adam was diligent, courteous, worked hard to get the car done on schedule while coordinating with outside contractor. Adam walked me thru the process and communicated promptly with every step of the process. Adam was extremely helpful with arranging alternative transportation. I highly recommend Adam Poe. Excellent except for the difficulty I had trying to reach someone about the status of my car. It had to be kept overnight and when I called to see when I could pick it up I was placed on hold twice, and no one picked up. I found out later that my service rep was off that day. Would be more customer friendly to have someone else cover questions when a service rep has a day off.
