Great Experience at Camelback Hyundai Kia I was very impressed with the sales team at Camelback Hyundai Kia. My initial contact was with Sawyer Liao and once I got to the dealership, Carlos Beauchamp took us for a test ride and answered our questions specific to the vehicle. Unfortunately, my wife fell in love with the 2020 Aqua Blue Hyundai Tucson Ultimate and at the time, there were none to be found in the entire state of AZ. Started off by setting an appointment, and was unable to attend due to family emergency. The sales manager Doug Gayagas was instrumental in communicating by text and sending best regards. I messaged the next day to see if I could get process started by digitally, and was able to get pre-approval completed with a lender before even setting foot into the car lot. Alec was instrumental in helping me select the right vehicle and make my buying experience a pleasure. Being an old guy he was patient with explaining vehicle features and service department. I live closer to another dealer but will go there for service. Alec takes my text questions and is quick to respond.

I had nothing but an awesome experience at Camelback hyundai. I didnt feel pressured into getting anything and Carlos really helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget and as a bonus looked great. I got a great price, and really enjoyed the fast and easy purchase proccess. I'm currently at home loving my car and greatful I ended up at this dealership. Honestly I'd give carlos way more than 5 stars if I could he was so patient. Big thank you to everyone I worked with here

Ive purchased many vehichles in the past and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! They were honest and even delivered my car to my home during these trying times. I was able to do the entire sale from the comfort of my home, without ever stepping into the dealership and upon delivery, brought me the paper work to sign and my monthly payment was reasonable. I will definately do business with them again and recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehichle!

Had a great experience buying our serento Colby was our sales person.. Just brought it back in for its first service could not be happier with the hospitality from Carl and Drake out the door in less than an hour will definitely be going back.

Bought a new hyundai. I originally went to service my old Hyundai but ended up trading it for a newer model. My salesman was Justin. He was very patient/considerate of my needs. He showed me how to use all the new features.
