Ricky was a great service advisor, seemed like he cared and got my oil change done and resurfaced the warped rotors which were a problem since the beginning, the Manager wanted the car a whole day for that before. And Ricky had me out within a couple of hours for the oil change and machining rotors. Ricky sure saved a customer there he deserves a bonus

My overall experience was great, thanks to Sophia Saldana. Sophia went out of her way to make sure that my car was repaired properly, and in a timely manner. She also kept me informed on every step of the repair process. Sophia is definitely an asset to your dealership.

Great service on our car, but we didn't get out military discount on the total price which would have saved us another $30. Thank you

Recall work was great. 21 point imspwas back door soliciting, low windshield cleaner should be compt.no notice it will be done, even when asked to change pil and rotate tires.. 21 point inspection failed to see rear main oil leak, any leak when there is obvious signs.Travis did best he could with provided information.....

I just came in and a girl told me I'd be helped in while she checked me in. A guy came out and briefly said his name and just took photos of the car and said they'll message me with update, that was actually the entire interaction. I got the email and confirmed my services, came back paid and he turned on my car for me. I was annoyed that there was a service date he wanted to change in the back-end and changed the sticker when handing off to me; I thought this was something that should have been done prior to my pickup.
