Update - 12/6/19 Camelback Kia now cold calls me on a regular basis trying to get me to buy into their once in a lifetime deals. ONLY do business here if you want to be badgered indefinitely by their desperate sales reps.

Did not appreciate the management service my family received at Camelback Kia. Extremely pushy sales. If you don't want the deal, you simply don't want the deal. Be respectful to all customers.

Do not buy from these guys unless you want to be treated horribly at the second stage level. These guys are old school "used car" salespeople. I liked the original sales person because he was helpful and kind. Enter the SALES MANAGER. Every high pressure trick in the book. I would say something and he would argue with me saying that I was wrong about something. When I confronted him about his attitude he argued about not arguing with me. I am a very mellow person but I had enough of him. He brought out a sales sheet ... read more

I liked the original sales person because he was helpful and kind. Enter the SALES MANAGER. Every high pressure trick in the book. The man who showed us the car was the ONLY good thing about this location. My brother-in law did not want to leave this review so I am. We went together just to look at used cars at this lot, however there was none. He ended up falling in love with an optima in the lot that was very expensice. THEY TOLD US THAT THE QUOTED RATE WOULDNT CHANGE but it did. They are liars. The process took more than 7 hours total. They didn't have water, they didn't have the best hospitality and we found that they really just took forever. We we... read more

I would have to say that this was by far the worst car buying experience of my life. The sad part I feel, is that my issues were not with my sales guy Ryan. He was amazing and truly did a great job. It was the finance department I had an issue with and the accounting. I was given a refund check of 250.00 of my own money back, since I had given a down of 600.00. I deposit the check into my account at Navy Federal to have it bounce, due to insufficient funds and over drew my account. I notified them of the issue and still wai... read more
