After not being able to find the car I wanted in the Tucson area and began to search online and found 4 of the cars I wanted at Camelback Kia. I messaged with Cheyenne Maley several times during the week and arrange to drive to Phx on Friday to see the vehicles. I confirmed on Friday afternoon all the vehicles were there and would be ready to view and compare when I arrived in a couple of hrs and she stated they all there and ready for my visit. I called to simply schedule an appointment for an oil change and since then in a matter of 8 days, the Sales Team and Manager have called me 26 times, 6 text messages, and voice messages to go along with the calls harassing me to buy a car from this location. I have called this store directly and firmly asked to not be contacted and was told I was permanently removed from their call list.. yet it still continues! If I could give a zero star review I would. My husband and I went to the dealership to test drive a Kia Telluride today. Instead, the salesperson told us that the only way we can do a test drive is if we agree to the price first. I have purchased many cars and this is not the way it is done. We were disappointed as my husband was excited about this vehicle. This is not the way you will earn our business.

Instead, the salesperson told us that the only way we can do a test drive is if we agree to the price first. I have purchased many cars and this is not the way it is done. Because we live about 4 hours from Phoenix I talked to Robert Cooper (sales manager) several times to get the information I needed to make a decision on a vehicle purchase. I wanted the Kia Sorrento L but was told by Robert that to get the 6 cylinder engine I wanted I needed to upgrade to the LX model and I agreed to the upgrade. I was told by Robert the interest rate on an auto loan was 4-5%. Because of the Sorrento advertisement I was under the impression that the warranty was 100,000 miles or 10 years. Update - 12/6/19 Camelback Kia now cold calls me on a regular basis trying to get me to buy into their once in a lifetime deals. ONLY do business here if you want to be badgered indefinitely by their desperate sales reps.
