I liked the man who was my Service Manager. Travis was very helpful and kept me appraised of the process. I did not like that the vending machine took my money and kept the food. I liked that Travis took the money from my Bill, but couldn't give me food. I didn't like the high price and I'm not sure the carbon canister is necessary or just an expensive add-on for Kia to make $900.00+.
