There were a lot of issues. My car ended up being there over the weekend even though the advisor said it would be ready on Saturday. Finally my service was assigned to Rickie, he has been there a very long time and I have worked with him many times. He got everything worked out. Six stars for Rickie

The wait time could improve however the customer service is awesome ! The waiting room is comfy and they provide coffee and water. They did offer to give a ride to any location nearby for the time being but I preferred to stay in the lobby. The man helping us answered all my questions! Great experience!

Everything went ok i guess, except just lots of oil spots left around the engine bay as well some on the outside
