I had a great experience with the service department. My service representative was polite, attentive, and quick to respond to my needs at the front desk. I really appreciated that he waited for me after hours so I could pick up my car, since I had to work late. That level of customer care really stands out. We told this place 2 days before we went there exactly what vehicle we wanted, got there and it took forever, not very organized/efficient. Sales person was good, the finance person we had, we tried calling several times about questions, he never answered or returned our calls. Had to take vehicle back for a few minor touch ups.
