Stopped in at the last minute on a Thursday (1030a) to have my hatch lock looked at. It quit latching/locking late Wednesday night. The service advisor (Rex Caldwell) assisting me said that hed have t looked at with no guarantees that they could repair it before the weekend. I received a call at 1230pm with a repair estimate. Next call was at 200pm informing me that my car was ready to be picked up. Not only was I surprised at the quick turnaround, I was surprised that they had the necessary parts in stock for the repair.
