We scheduled our recall for the doors of our ID4. We dropped off our vehicle and 6 hours later Miles called us from Camelback VW to say the wrong parts were delivered and we need to call to see when the correct parts arrive. I think since we were inconvenienced, VW should keep us on a list instead of us having to keep calling to check on the status and bring our vehicle in again.
Poor service poor commutation car was in shop for more than one day
After waiting two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I found that the keys to my car were still on the rack awaiting someone to take the car to the workers. The agent, Cloe, was shocked by this and immediately took care of it as well as not charging me - this was a good step. However, I was kept over another hour and delayed in finishing things I had to do elsewhere. I've never had bad service at Subaru before, but now i will be watching.

It took them three days to calibrate the electrical system so the on-call emergency button would work and within 24 hours of picking up the car, the light was back on

I didn't like the fact they lied about the car and so much more
They tried to scam. Want to repair parts for exorbitant amounts of money that are completely fine.

I am continually told nothing is wrong with my brakes yet the brakes grind loud all the time. There is no way it's just in need of brake spray. I've taken the vehicle in over 5 times for this issue and it's never been resolved.
Miles is the worst he has a horrible attitude and doesnt not communicate well with customers

Even with scheduled appointment the service was delayed. This service was for and ongoing issue and under warranty. They still were unable to fix the problem with the passenger window.
