Was easy to schedule a visit. The wiring harness was repaired under warranty, and spark plugs were replaced according to the maintenance schedule for the vehicle.

I took car in at 7:30 and I was told that it would take a couple of hours. I never received a call from them. I finally called at 3:00 to find out the status and i was told that no one had checked it yet but that someone would get back to me soon . They finally did call me but I feel that they forgot about me. If I needed to make an appointment then someone should have said that to me
